2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

a. Client Ownership

Once the project is completed and full payment has been received, The Beans Media transfers complete ownership of the final delivered video to the client. This includes rights to distribute, display, monetize, or modify the content.

b. Incomplete Payments

Until full payment is made, The Beans Media retains ownership of all delivered work and reserves the right to withhold final assets or watermark content.

3. Payments & Fees

Payment terms, pricing, and any additional charges are outlined in the client’s individual service agreement or proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Service Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality edits that align with your goals. Feedback and revision rounds will follow the structure defined in your service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

Please note: While we aim for conversion-optimized content, we do not guarantee any specific sales, leads, or engagement results from edited videos.

5. Confidentiality & Content Use

All video materials, scripts, and brand assets shared by you remain confidential. We will not share, publish, or use your content without your permission, except where agreed for portfolio purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Beans Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost revenue, delays, or reputational damage—arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time, particularly in cases of:

Non-payment
Breach of agreement
Misuse or abuse of our team or platforms

Any outstanding invoices will still remain due.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in law, service offerings, or business operations. The most recent update will always be indicated at the top of the page.
